Year 6 Fundraisers.

Our topic is refugees so we have been learning all about it.

There are approximately 25 million refugees worldwide today. It is important for children to learn and understand that some people are unable to remain in their home country due to a variety of reasons.

Learning about refugees helps children consider what things may be like for people in other countries. It is also useful for them to understand that refugees have a positive impact within communities and contribute meaningfully to our society.

Some of the children have decided to raise money for the charity Choose Love https://chooselove.org/
